Jacquie Krassie



An Accredited Practicing Dietitian, and an experienced Food Services Manager with extensive experience, as the principal of J Krassie & Associates, Jacquie Krassie brings a combination of foodservice knowledge, management expertise and change management.
 
Jacquie has worked in Australia since 1984 as a food services manager and since 1989 as a consultant.  During that time, Jacquie has worked with a range of public and private facilities on projects involving systems analysis, reviews, benchmarking, food safety, menu standards and operational problem solving, creating a unique set of qualifications which allows Jacquie to advise on all aspects of the food service process.
 
Whether acute care, residential aged care or community nutrition programs, Jacquie maintains a focus on the unique requirements of each client while creating a process that initiates the change process skills.
