Leanne Singleton

Leanne has a background in food technology and a comprehensive and technical detailed knowledge of compliance and best practice food industry standards. She has expertise in the application of food industry standards for CODEX HACCP, ISO22000:2005, ISO9000:2008, BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, retailer and regulatory standards.

As a registered auditor with RABQSA, she has experience in a diverse range of food businesses with a scope of registration that includes Food Service Operations, Prepared Meals Manufacture, Food & Ingredient Manufacture, Dairy Products Processing, Bakery Operations, Animal Feeds, Food Retail Operations & Food Transport & Warehousing Operations. Leanne is also a third party approved auditor for the NSW Food Authority for cook chill operations and food service to vulnerable populations.

This regular contact with a wide variety of food industries provides Leanne with verification of current industry practices and standards.

Leanne also has Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and has extensive experience in the design, development and delivery of food safety management systems and training programs with subject matter expertise in food safety risk management with a special interest in allergen management and cook-chill processes.

As a project team member, Leanne contributes analytical skills to identify issues, assess risk, determine practicable solutions and applications to food manufacturing and service operations.
